Firstly, the laser system generates a laser beam and transmits it to the galvanometer scanning system. The galvanometer scanning system consists of a high-speed scanning galvanometer and a digital galvanometer interface. The galvanometer is a special motor that can swing a certain angle according to a certain voltage to angle conversion ratio, thus positioning the laser beam precisely at the position where welding is required.
Secondly, the computer control system focuses the laser beam on the position to be welded by controlling the oscillation of the galvanometer. At the same time, the power supply system provides a stable power supply for the laser and the galvanometer to ensure the stable output of the laser beam.
Finally, the laser beam generates high temperature at the focusing position, which melts the metal or other materials to achieve welding. In this process, the vibrating mirror laser welding machine adopts closed-loop feedback control, which consists of five major control circuits, such as position sensor, error amplifier, power amplifier, position differentiator, current integrator, etc. The driving circuit board adopts a variety of anti-jamming means, which is highly reliable, with good linearity, high repetition accuracy and short response time.
The advantage of vibrating mirror laser welding machine is high efficiency, can be high frequency spot welding, but can not be protected by argon gas, the welding surface will be yellow or black. It is suitable for high efficiency laser spot welding or seal welding of mobile phone shield, metal mobile phone shell, metal capacitor shell, hard disc, micro-motor, sensor and other products.
